Gene Roddenberry Planetarium Job Opening
Tim Holt, Director of Blended Learning for the El Paso ISD in Texas, reports that they are now accepting application for Planetarium Manager. As you may know, Cory Stone recently retired from this position.
The Gene Roddenberry Planetarium has a Digistar 5 with an SP2 HD projection system. The deadline to apply is Monday, February 6, 2017. See link to job announcement below.

The planetarium is owned and operated by the El Paso Independent School District and is primarily used as an educational tool for all of our 3rd, 5th, 6th and 8th grade students.
The planetarium is a Digitstar 5 SP2 HD facility and seats 120 with a 40ft (12.19 meter) dome.
Constructed in 1969 as part of a NSF grant.
The facility is also open to public on specific week nights in the summer and occasional weekends.
